Rayma Garraway is a dynamic leader and entrepreneur whose journey is fueled by a deep commitment to service and empowerment. Born into a family with a strong nursing background, Rayma’s upbringing instilled in her a natural inclination towards caring for others. Growing up, her home was always open to those in need, embodying the spirit of generosity and compassion.
From an early age, Rayma dreamt of becoming a social worker, driven by a desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. However, due to immigration challenges, she redirected her focus towards real estate, recognizing it as a powerful avenue for building generational wealth. Despite the detour, Rayma remained steadfast in her belief in the importance of giving back and supporting others along their journey.
As the founder of nonprofit Never Happier, Inc., Rayma has dedicated herself to empowering persons in underserved communities, providing mentorship and resources to help them achieve independence and success in both business and life. Through her nonprofit organization, she has impacted the lives of thousands, helping them manifest their dreams and overcome obstacles.
